BRISTOL, Tenn. (AP) _ Kyle Busch held off Jeff Burton on a
restart to win the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway.
The race marked the debut for NASCAR's Car of Tomorrow, with
Busch winning the caution-filled race in a Chevrolet Impala which
was introduced this weekend.
Jeff Gordon was running second to Busch coming out of the 15th
and final caution, but Burton blew by him to challenge Busch on the
final lap. Gordon ended up third.
Busch took the lead with 16 laps to go, passing Denny Hamlin.
It's Busch's fourth career Nextel Cup victory but his first on a
short track.
